How to Cope with Stress
Inevitably, in just about every aspect of our lives, we will stress. Here are a few sugesstions to keep the negative effects of stress at bay.
Avoid smoking, drinking and overeating when stressed. These are only temporary fixes and are not good for your health and may cause you to have more stress later.
Be Active. Get out of your house, take a walk or work out. One advantage that we have being in Utah is a wide range of outdoor activities than can be perfect for relieving stress.
Eat Healthy. Eating is important to make sure you have all the nutrients that your body needs. Try eating some fruit and veggies that are rich in vitamins.
Take a break. Give yourself a chance to reset in between tasks to decrease your stress level.
Stresscomes from or can create change. Whether in your life or your organization, look for the good that can come from a bad situation.
Spend time with friends and family. Being around people, especially ones you care about, can help you to turly relax.
